The event is free but we are asking for Donations. It can be a monetary donation or an item to raffle. All proceeds will go to Project Hope. This benefits homeless or near homeless children in Sweetwater County. If a donation is made, we will provide a Tax ID number and letter for you to use.
****VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, TENTS, ETC. YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SETUP AND TAKE DOWN**You will be set up outside, so please plan accordingly for wind or other weather-related conditions.
If Power is needed, you’ll need to bring an extension cord. Set up on Saturday, July 15th beginning at 6 am. Must be completely set up and vehicle or other items moved by 9 am. The event starts at 10 am.
